Haryana Police is strengthening community policing through innovative initiatives that bring citizens, youth, and law enforcement closer together. Programmes like the Student Police Cadet Corps, Cyber Rahgiri, Community Liaison Groups, Mitra Kaksh, and Janata Darbar are enhancing public participation, improving awareness about law and safety, and building trust between police and communities.

In 2025 alone, 7,362 students from 182 schools participated in the Student Police Cadet Corps, learning about policing, road safety, cybercrime awareness, and civic responsibilities. Meanwhile, 19 Mitra Kaksh centres in Rohtak and Karnal are providing 16 police services under a single-window system, making services like complaint registration, tenant verification, and police clearance certificates more accessible to citizens.
